Reminders to Return Loans
What are the various types of reminders?

E-mailed/Faxed Reminders before Loan Due Date
Reminder To Return Library Loans Before Due Date

Reminder Channels : Library members can opt to be reminded via e-mail or fax before loan due dates. Members will not receive reminders after the due date.
Registration : NLB's Reminder Service.
Waiver of Fines : The Reminder Service is an additional benefit to members. Absence of a reminder is not a valid reason for a waiver of fines.

Postal Reminders for Overdue Items
Postal reminders for overdue items are sent to a member when:
  1. The loan is 10 days overdue
  2. The loan is 30 days overdue
