Eligibility
| 1.1. |
The eLibraryHub@eNITLP lucky draw is open to everyone who, during the qualifying period, signs up for eNITLP course via elibraryhub. |
| 1.2. |
Only Singaporeans, Singapore permanent residents and foreigners residing in Singapore are eligible for the Lucky Draw. |
| 1.3. |
The following persons are not entitled to participate in the draw:
| 1.3.1. |
Members who are employees of NLB and the immediate family of such employees; |
| 1.3.2. |
Members who are employees or staff of Aretae Pte Ltd, National Computer Systems Pte Ltd and the event management agencies of NLB directly involved in the organising, promoting or conducting the draw, and any other party who is directly involved in organising, promoting or conducting the draw. |

| 1.4. |
Registration forms must be fully completed in order to qualify for the lucky draw. Each successful membership registration is entitled to ONE lucky draw chance automatically. Only ONE lucky draw chance is allotted for each I.C./Passport numbers. |

| 2. |
Qualifying Period
| 2.1. |
The qualifying period for this lucky draw is from 28 Jan 02 - 16 June 02 (the "qualifying period") |

| 3. |
Draw Date and Conduct of the Draw
| 3.1. |
The actual draw will be held on 17 June 02 at the National Library Board located at 1 Temasek Avenue #06-00 Millenia Tower Singapore 039192 at 3 p.m. This actual draw is not open to the members of the public. |
| 3.2. |
Lucky draw chances as per basis above will be allocated and maintained in a central record. On the draw date, the name of the winning member will be selected at random by means of a computerized system under the supervision of the external auditors appointed by NLB. |
| 3.3. |
The results of each draw will be published in eLibraryHub site, www.elibraryhub.com, within 7 working days of the draw date. All winners will also be notified by post. |
| 3.4. |
The results of the draw are final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. |
| 3.5. |
At each draw, NLB reserves the right to select reserve "winner(s)" to replace any winner(s) subsequently found disqualified. |
| 3.6. |
NLB reserves the right to disclose and publish the names and such other particulars of the winning mode and manner as NLB may in its sole discretion deem appropriate for publicity purposes and the winning members agree to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by NLB for these purposes. |

| 4. |
Prizes
| 4.1. |
The prizes for the lucky draw are as follows:

| 4.2. |
All prizes are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. |
| 4.3. |
Prizes must be claimed within two (2) months of each draw date by the winning member in person at such place in Singapore as may be notified by NLB. |
| 4.4. |
Any prize not claimed within the said period will be forfeited without further notice, and the prize will be donated by NLB to any charitable organization of NLB's choice. |
| 4.5. |
Any winning member whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to any payment or compensation from NLB. |
| 4.6. |
All prizes shall be collected by the winning member at his risk and cost. |
| 4.7. |
NLB may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of equal or similar value selected by NLB. |
| 4.8. |
All prizes shall be in such colour and shall have such fittings and/or fixtures as may be determined by NLB at its sole discretion, and all winning members shall accept the prizes as they are. NLB makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terns or conditions with respect to any prize awarded in the draws. |

| 5. |
General
| 5.1. |
The decision of NLB on all matters relating to or in connection with any draw (including the draw chances awarded to any member and the selection of the winning member of a draw) shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. NLB shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any member on any matter concerning the draw. |
| 5.2. |
NLB may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete the draw's rules at any time without any notice or liability to any member. |
| 5.3. |
NLB shall not be liable in any way to any member for any loss or damage arising in connection with the draw chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment and any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post. |
